Our designers will hand draw the project so that the designer can discuss the options and pricing with you. This process helps us understand your style, taste, and needs. So that we meet your budget, we will make our professional suggestions to help us both determine the final pricing. This process can take 1-2 hours. The process involves all the decision makers of the project, so that all questions are covered. Some projects may require additional information and can not be estimated in the same day.

Our contract terms are Customized based on the Scope of Work and cost estimated to complete the project. Our builders build one job at a time and are on the job every day from the agreed start date to the agreed completion date. Contract terms are subject to change depending on type and size of contracted job.
